Auto Express has reviewed the new RingRTC1000 Premium Rapid Digital Tyre Inflator, awarding it 5*, meaning it “takes
a maiden victory” in the first review of the product by the industry-leading
magazine.
Auto Express compared the new RTC1000 with
the second and third place inflators from the 2018 tyre inflator product test,
to see how the new-comer fares against the competition. The test compared
inflation speed, accuracy, hose and power cable length, the extras that come
with the inflator such as adaptors, a case and LED light, as well as noise
levels.
The RTC1000 Rapid Digital Tyre Inflator
came out on top, with the reviewer concluding that “it’s easily the best in all
areas”. The test showed that the inflation speed was “searing”, that the
“brilliant circular coil…made rewinding the lead easy”, as well as praising the
large display, “easy-to-use rotary control” and all the handy extras –
including case, LED light, spare valve caps and latex gloves.
Overall, it won 5 stars – outperforming the
other models being tested.
