Hello again. I would like to thank you for an incredible service. I do not think I have ever had such a positive attitude from any other company. I received a replacement charger on Thursday, I was more than surprised at getting this. I was just expecting you to ask me to send my faulty charger for repair and returning it to me once it was repaired.
