Ring RAC635 Tyre Inflator Retains Title as the Auto Express Best Buy Mini Compressor

Ring’s popular RAC635 12V Preset Digital Tyre Inflator has been awarded the title of Auto Express’ Best Buy Mini Compressor – making this multi-award winner the second time champion in the Auto Express test.

The UK’s leading auto magazine tested ten compressors to find their 2016 Best Buy.

Rigorous testing
The most important criteria for the test were the ease of use, speed and accuracy of the inflator. However, the price, length of cable and air hose, storage options and additional features like lights and adapters were also taken into account and contributed to the final result.

The verdict
Ring’s RAC635 was the overall winner, being dubbed the magazine’s “favourite”, and given a five star rating as well as the Best Buy accolade. The speed of was praised, along with the inflator’s accuracy, which was measured against a gauge to ensure correct readings.

The judges also “liked the thickly padded, zip-up textile case, ideal for in car protection”, as well as the “powerful LED light, preset function” and the length of the power cable and air hose.

Once again, Ring has proved that its tyre inflators are the best choice for motorists.

This latest prize is the third won by the RAC635 – as well as two Auto Express Awards, it also has a recommendation from Professional Driver magazine.
