Product recall notice: Coca-Cola, Diet Coke and Coke Zero Powerbanks

We have identified a potential fault with the Coca-Cola, Diet Coke and Coke Zero Powerbanks in both 2200mAh & 7200mAh sizes, which may cause the product to overheat. We are withdrawing this product from sale and recalling all variants of this product with immediate effect until further tests have been completed.

This affects products with the following item-codes:

RPBCC2200

RPBDC2200

RPBCZ2200

RPBCC7200

Please see the image below for more details. No other Ring lithium or other battery products are affected.

We have removed all of these items from sale whilst a full investigation takes place and are asking customers not to sell the product and to hold stocks securely pending return to Ring.

If you are a Ring customer, please attempt to get any powerbanks you have sold back to your premises. Naturally, Ring will pay all reasonable expenses and costs with regard to this returns process. 

If you have purchased a powerbank from a retail store - such as Halfords - please stop using the product immediately and return it to the store for a full refund.

Ein möglicher Fehler bei der Coca-Cola Powerbank 2200 mAh und 7200 mAh zwingt uns, alle Varianten dieses Produkt mit sofortiger Wirkung zurückzurufen. 

Betroffen sind nur Produkte mit den oben aufgeführten Artikelcodes. Andere Produkte oder Powerbanken sind nicht betroffen.

Wir haben alle diese Artikel bis zu einer vollständigen Untersuchung aus dem Verkauf genommen und bitten unsere Kunden, dieses Produkt nicht zu verkaufen, sondern die Bestände sicher zu verwahren und ggf. an Ring zurückzuschicken.

Als Ring-Kunde versuchen Sie bitte alle von Ihnen verkauften Powerbanken zurückzuerhalten. Selbstverständlich erhalten Sie alle entstandenen Ausgaben und Kosten in Bezug auf diese Rückrufaktion von Ring erstattet.
