Dear Customer,

Thank you in advance for supporting Ring in the collection of the RTC6000 (RTC6000, RTC6000FR, RETC6000). Please proceed as follows:

Devices from the affected batches should not be charged any more.
To receive a replacement free of charge, fill out this recall form and make sure the data provided is valid and correct.
Given that your tyre inflator belongs to the affected batches, you will receive a brand new replacement unit.
The product affected by the recall does not need to be returned to Ring. Instead, please take the device to a public waste collection site for disposal as lithium battery waste. For the overview of local recycling facilities please visit here.
